We designed and built this home for our young family with an emphasis on energy efficiency, solid construction, and quiet areas. Some of our favorite things about this home are the spacious great room, large island, walk in pantry, oversized garage space, low energy bills, switched outlets on plant shelves throughout home, and outdoors the heated pool/spa, built-in barbeque and gas fireplace. The home was designed with expansion in mind. Most exterior windows were installed at door height with no wiring running under the windows to allow for additions to be made off the east, west, or north sides of the home. There are no load bearing walls inside the home which allows for inexpensive changes if desired. An additional sewer drain runs along the east side of the home near the east side sprinkler box for expansion purposes. Engineering drawings are available to the buyer upon request. The 10 x 17 room(bedroom4) off the east side of the great room includes a built in swingset and was initially our children's playroom, in later years it became the office area. The swingset still remains but can easily be removed. We have loved the large lots in Pinnacle Ranch, the close proximity to shopping and restaurants, close access to freeways and the Peoria Unified School District.
